Many years ago when I lived in Birmingham, I saw an exhibition of art made by people with mental health problems. It was painful to be able to understand them so well. This morning my good friend and amazing illustrator Alex Bertram-Powell, posted an article on the facelobber about comics concerning mental health. I was afraid to look at it because I was already feel extremely shit today. But, I did, and it spurred me on to write a post.
